Chicken Curry

This one is personal. Derek's grandmother's curry recipe, handed down with love — fragrant, warming and made from scratch with juicy chunks of chicken slow-cooked in a mild sauce of onions, tomatoes, ginger, garlic, garam masala, turmeric, chilli, coriander, cinnamon and cardamom. She might raise an eyebrow at it being put in a pie, but one bite and we think she'd approve. Available for local CT delivery or shipped frozen nationwide.
