How Do you heat Pies?

Pot Pies:
For best results, keep your pie as cold as possible right up until it goes in the oven — this is the key to a beautifully flaky crust! Before baking, brush the top with an egg wash or milk and pierce two holes in the pastry to allow steam to escape.

From frozen: Preheat your oven to 400°F. Bake for 10 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 375°F and continue baking for a further 30–40 minutes.

From defrosted: We recommend defrosting your pie in the fridge overnight. Preheat your oven to 375°F and bake for approximately 30 minutes.

In both cases, remove all packaging except the foil base and place on a lined baking sheet. Your pie is ready when the crust is golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.

Quiches:
Our quiches are delicious at room temperature! If you prefer them warm, remove all packaging (including the card disc on the bottom) and heat in a preheated 325°F oven for 10–15 minutes.

How do i store my pies?

Pies should be placed in the fridge or freezer immediately upon receipt. Pies stored in the fridge should be consumed within 3 days. If you're not planning to eat them right away, pop them in the freezer where they'll keep for up to 3 months.

When do i receive my order?

Typically you should receive your goodies between 2 to 4 days of placing the order.
