Shipping policy

What products do you ship ?

At this stage we only ship boxes of 8 or 12 frozen pies. Once shipped, most pies will arrive within one to two days.   We ship on Monday's only. If you need expedited shipping, please contact us at 203 505 1833  and we will do our best to accommodate your order.

What if my order ships and it is delayed?

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays caused by the carrier. Once your order is shipped, delivery times are subject to the carrier's schedule and may vary depending on unforeseen circumstances. 

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

We do not ship to PO Boxes. Please make sure that a correct physical addressis entered. We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete address entries for online shipping orders.

Do you ship to apartments?

Yes; although, we do not require a signature for any packages, and we are not responsible for lost, stolen, unclaimed packages, packages left at doorsteps or with building attendants. Once the delivery is confirmed by the carrier service, we are no longer responsible for the package.

Do you require a signature for shipped pies?

We do not require a signature, but due to the perishability of our pies and the sensitive nature of the product, we recommend someone be present to receive the package. We email tracking information once a pie order is placed so that you can follow your pie’s journey.
