How Do you heat Pies

To cook a frozen Pie we recommend defrosting the pie in the fridge overnight. remove the packaging except the foil base. Pre heat your oven to 350 to 375. Place on a lined baking sheet and cook for 30 mins until an internal temperature of 165 degrees is reached.
For Quiches, our preference is to have them at room temperature, however if you would like it warm, remove from packaging, including the card disc on the bottom and place in a preheated 325 oven for 10 to 15 mins.
How do i store my pies
Our pies are baked fresh so you receive them within a day of your order. Once you have received them they should be refrigerated immediately and consumed within three days. The pies can also be frozen for up to a month. Please insure that the pies are defrosted prior to reheating.
