Creamy Potato, onion and white pepper mash.

Another Tucker favorite. We combine mashed potatoes and mix it with heaps of finely sliced onions and a decent amount of white pepper, its then placed in the oven. We then intermitently baste it with turkey juices and stock that creats a silky creamy mash with a crispy top.
